Drain & sewer camera inspection and high-pressure jetting for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential buildings. We find the problem on video — then clear it and prove it’s gone.
What we do
We never guess. The camera goes in first so every clear, repair or quote is based on what’s actually inside your pipes.
We push a high-resolution waterproof camera through your drains, stacks and sewer mains and record the whole run. You see exactly what we see — grease build-up, root intrusion, scale, cracks, bellies and blockages — pinpointed and located. No guesswork, no unnecessary digging, just a clear picture of the real condition of your pipes.
Once the camera finds the problem, our high-pressure jetting nozzle goes to work. Water fired through a specialized nozzle blasts forward to cut the blockage and fires reverse jets that scrub the full pipe wall — clearing grease, sludge, scale and roots and leaving the line flowing like new. Then we re-run the camera to prove the pipe is clean.
The smart way to manage your pipes: a documented camera inspection every year so small issues are caught long before they flood a tenant, close a kitchen or shut down a wing. Program members get preferred-customer treatment — priority scheduling, locked-in rates and front-of-line response for all their plumbing and mechanical needs.
Members get one number to call for everything downstream of the drain — emergency blockages, recurring backups, and the wider plumbing and mechanical work that keeps your building running. Because we already have your pipes on file, we arrive knowing your system.
Watch it happen
See a real blocked sewer line cleared with a high-pressure jetting nozzle, then verified with an in-pipe camera. This is exactly what we document for your building.

Questions
We feed a high-resolution, waterproof, self-levelling camera through your drains and sewer lines and record the entire run on video. It shows the real condition inside the pipe — grease, roots, scale, cracks, sags and blockages — and locates each problem precisely, so any work is targeted instead of guesswork.
A jetting nozzle sends water through the line at high pressure: forward jets cut through the blockage while reverse jets scrub the full pipe wall clean. The pressure and nozzle are matched to the pipe based on what the camera shows first, so it clears grease, sludge, scale and roots without harming sound pipe — and we re-run the camera afterward to confirm.
It’s a scheduled camera inspection of your building’s drains and sewer lines once a year, with a documented report each time. Members also receive preferred-customer treatment — priority scheduling, locked-in pricing and front-of-line response for all their plumbing and mechanical needs.
Program members go to the front of the line. When you call with a backup or need mechanical work, members are scheduled first, at agreed member rates, and we arrive already knowing your system because we have your pipes on file.
Commercial, industrial, institutional and residential properties — strata and condo buildings, malls and retail, colleges and schools, hospitals and care homes, hotels, restaurants, warehouses, manufacturing plants and property-management portfolios across the region.
Yes. Every inspection comes with recorded video and a clear written summary you can hand to your strata council, property manager, board or owner as documented proof of condition.
For most commercial, institutional and multi-unit residential buildings, once a year is the sweet spot — often enough to catch grease, roots and scale before they cause a failure, without over-servicing. High-volume kitchens or known problem lines may warrant twice a year.
